This stag do activity will go against every logical bone in your body and we all know that if you're unfortunately blind you learn to steer a dog, not a car. Anyway, the novel sport of blind driving is really becoming popular on the stag party circuit. Blind driving will ask the question - do you trust our mate? Well, do you? Do you really??
Blind driving is a real challenge and you need nerves of steel: the driver enters the vehicle and is then blindfolded, so forget the cockpit check - mirror, signal, manoeuvre and put your faith in your mates who will guide you around a course on a wild stag do extravaganza. The course is full of twists and turns and the only way you can succeed is by listening to your mate's instructions. Just make sure to pick your friend with the most articulate voice and definitely the one who knows his left from his right. This is truly a unique experience for stag weekends and one that will be etched on your brain for a very long time. There will also be an instructor with you to make sure everything is safe and they will be seated next to the driver. If you’re group is large then you may have to split up and takes turns because the car can only seat four at a time.*

I was initially worried about booking through a third party. When I worked it out financially it was a no brainer to go through the stag company. There was a lot less hassle and it was easier to book. If things changed with your party it was easy enough to change and everyone was friendly over e-mail/phone. I would definitely recommend the company to others. - James Hewett (Stag Company Trust Pilot)
Well it certainly isn't easy, but what would be the fun in that. You are completely reliant on your friends to guide you, but with several people in the car with you, they will all be shouting at once, "left, right, no not that way", it is certainly disorientating and confusing, but gradually you'll learn to work together, after hitting a few trees. This is why it is a great team based activity, especially if you have a few people that haven't met each other before, as they will have to form a bond, something that they will laugh about later over a pint. If you're on a Bristol stag do then this is a great activity to get people outside and doing something equally fun and challenging.
Along the course, there will be poles dangling down that the car has to go through, but if you bump into them then you will certainly hear the roars from the group. If you're doing this on a Nottingham stag do, then each person can have a go, starting with an ice breaker activity, before trying out the course each. Forget archery and Robin Hood in Sherwood Forest, you're going to be a driver with no sight!
