The Green House

This luxurious hotel is certainly a contrast to what you might stereotype for a stag weekend, but not everyone wants to stay in a 16-bed hostel and this certainly offers something a bit more tasty. This 32 room Grade II listed Victorian villa has an amazing outdoor area, not to mention a luxurious restaurant (we're talking about one that has wone 2 Rosettes), so if you fancy a nice meal and can stretch the budget, then you could eat here before heading out.

With the rooms, there are cosy and classic doubles, as well as large and deluxe double rooms. Whichever you pick, you can expect a 32 inch LED flat screen TV, not that you'll be spending much time inside to watch anything. You'll also have luxurious goose down duvets, to bring you a cosy nights sleep after a heavy night on the town. The bathrooms are beyond glamorous, with natural stone basins and a walk-in shower to wash away the regrets from the night before.

If you want an idea of how nice it is here, some people celebrate their weddings in the garden, so that says it all. They also have a strong sustainability focus and are now recognised as an 'eco hotel'. Being a short walk from both the beach and town centre means you won't have to walk far if you want to embrace the best sights or after being out on the town.
