Ice Hockey Experience
The late, great Bill Shankly once said of football that it wasn’t a life or death matter, it was much more important than that. And that attitude is exactly how Scandinavian and Eastern European countries feel about Ice Hockey. And that passion has made it a hugely popular activity for our stags out there. If you thought skating around on the ice was all about figure skating and stupid leotards you’ll be in for a surprise when we send you to a live ice-hockey game. You’ll quickly realise this is a real men’s game. Unlike the Premier League when players fall over every few seconds without getting touched – Ice Hockey players are encouraged to get in very real brawls, you’ll probably see a few teeth flying! You’ll quickly get into the swing of things and we’ll even throw in a few beers to get you into the proper hockey watching mood.
It’s not just watching the game, in many locations we also offer you the opportunity to take part and get on the ice yourself. If your only experience of ice-skating is a few first dates when you were much younger you’ll be in for a surprise, Ice Hockey is a fast and furious sport that’ll see you knocked on your arse a few times, especially if you’re on a stag with a few extra competitive mates. Either way you’ll leave your stag with a newfound appreciation for ice hockey and a new sport to get into!
Break the ice on your Bratislava stag do with the ultimate sporting activity. It’s a real men’s game, no figure skating here. If you’re tired of Premier League players falling over at the slightest touch this isn’t what you get here. You and your mates will be skating into one another at high speeds in all-out effort to claim bragging rights.
You and the guys will have a two-hour reservation to battle yourselves across the ice. This means that you’ve got long enough to develop from a Bambi on the ice into a full on Wayne Gretzky. And once all’s said and done you can compare war stories and bruises. Please note, this is best done with a beer in hand for the true Ice Hockey experience.
