Cardiff Go Karting Stag Do's

Do you feel the need for speed? If you and your mates are a bunch of boy racers at heart, we have the perfect Cardiff stag experience for you!

At Cardiff’s premier go-karting venue, you’ll be taking on 500 metres of brand new epic track, with multi-level flyovers, long, straight stretches to really get your speed up, and insanely tight hairpins and slippery corners – do you think you can get round that lot in under the average lap time of 29 seconds? Whoever does will certainly earn bragging rights for the rest of the stag weekend! And whoever comes in last could well feel it in their wallet at the bar later!

You’ll get to spend about two and a half hours at the venue, which has all the facilities you’d expect, including a spectator area, so that you can see how the rest of the boys measure up performance-wise, refreshment area and a bar, as well as free parking and changing rooms. It’s an open session so it's perfect for even small groups as there will be other adult groups racing out on the track with you. When you all arrive, you will sign in, get kitted out – helmets and overalls provided – and then the friendly and professional staff will give you a safety briefing.

Then it’s visors down and engines on, it’s all about finding your race lines, being smart around the bends – and making sure that you’re first past that chequered flag! This is a real battle of nerves, wit and skill, to become the winner and take your place on the podium.

For any group of thrill-seekers, this is absolutely not to be missed. The Grand Prix experience is the perfect activity for adrenalin-junkies on your stag weekend away to Cardiff. You'll have the track all to yourselves, all 500-metres of it, split across two levels, with thrilling straights and hair-raising bends, it's a F1 enthusiasts dream. The karts can reach impressive speeds, so plot your race lines and make sure that pole position and a place on the podium have your name on them! 

Overalls (pink for the stag if you fancy), helmets and a qualified instructor will be provided and your session is structured and split to make the most of your time on the track with a practice session to make sure that you are comfortable with the kart, a qualifying round where your poll position will be decided, and finally the big race where you will compete against eachother to see who can pass the checkered flag with the quickest time.
