A stag party is lots of things, it’s a way to send off your stag into married life, it’s a great chance for a legendary booze-up with your mates. And it’s also a fantastic excuse to get in touch with your inner-child! You’re on your stag so ‘acting your age’ is out the window so you may as well act like a big kid and head to the water park! We can arrange for you to visit one of these watery wonderlands. They’re a million times bigger and better than your local swimming centre, so crack out the speedos and head on down!
Every water park is different but generally you’ll be able to take to a range of high-speed slides to get the adrenaline pumping – trust us, things get competitive as you race against the lads to see who can get the most speed. Although if you’re still feeling the previous night, you might be more in favour of slowly floating around in a rubber ring. Some of the waterparks even have an on-site bar for you to swim over to and enjoy a drink while you admire the bikini babes and soak up some sun.
Ever looked at a group of stand-up paddleboarders out on the water and thought: what that needs is a big inflatable ball thrown into the mix? Well, allow us to introduce you to the new sport of SUPBall, a daft combination of netball, rugby and lacrosse - on water. With both contact and non-contact games available, you’ll first learn the basics of paddleboarding - how to stand up, how to balance, how to paddle. That’s about it, right? After that it’s a whole different ball game…
Your expert instructor will then split you into teams for an introduction to SUPBall, including how to tackle your mates, how to nudge their boards to steal the ball, and how to safely fall into the water. Because you will fall in, a lot. This is a competitive but light-hearted activity, and a huge amount of fun. All your equipment and instruction is provided, including wetsuits of course. Expect plenty to talk about in the pub later on.
