Stag do revellers planning a lively night out in the UK this year might find the age-old tourist town of Blackpool provides just the ticket, if the views of one journalist are anything to go by.
Rosalind Reason, writing for the Daily Mail, said the seaside resort still offers an array of top-class attractions that are sure to keep stag parties and tourists busy during their stay.
Most stag weekends will centre on plenty of booze and a party atmosphere, and Blackpool's vast range of clubs and pubs are sure to prove suitable for a typical raucous night out.
Meanwhile, those looking to shake off the inevitable stag night hangover will find no shortage of activities to keep them entertained throughout the day.
"Blackpool, like a fruit machine on the verge of a jackpot, is bold, buzzing and barmy," Ms Reason stated.
Her comments comes after a spokesperson for Visit Blackpool claimed recently that Blackpool "has an awful lot going on" that is sure to appeal to stag parties as the town prepares for an influx of UK tourists this summer.
