The Czech Republican capital city of Prague is renowned as a popular stag weekend destination, but it could also be a good place to pick up quality Christmas presents.
According to the nation's tourist body CzechTourism, the city offers a great number of shopping centres, allowing those visiting on a stag party to keep their partner sweet by returning with lavish gifts.
Brits are able to find fashion and luxury items for very reasonable prices at a number of locations across Prague, a spokesman for the organisation explained.
"If people want something special, they should visit some of the Czech fashion designers' boutiques. The most famous shopping street is Parizska, where you will find luxury goods," he said.
The comments follow a recent Post Office study which revealed that Prague is the most cost-effective European city for Christmas shopping, closely followed by Poland's Krakow and Warsaw.
As well as cheap clothing and gifts, the average price of a pint in Prague is just 71 pence, according to PintPrice.com.
