Brits planning a stag weekend in Dublin may feel they are a step closer to royalty when they do so.
This is because 32nd in line to the throne Lord Freddie Windsor recently celebrated his final party as an un-married man in the Irish capital.
According to the Irish Independent, the only son of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent headed off to the Emerald Isle for a night of partying with 12 friends.
The all-male affair saw them stay at the Westbury Hotel and have dinner at the Clarence's Tea Rooms - not necessarily the first stop for the typical stag do.
Lord Windsor is set to marry TV presenter Claudia Winkleman's actress half-sister Sophie Winkleman at Hampton Court next month.
"The blue-blooded stag party drew a lot of female admirers in Dublin, but all were pretty well-behaved," the newspaper reported.
Claudia Winkleman is most recently known for her work on Strictly Come Dancing, while 29-year-old Sophie found fame as Big Suze in Peep Show.
