Russell Brand expecting all-action stag do

The latest on Russell Brand's long-awaited stag do is that the funny man is expecting an all-action physical event.

The comedian recently revealed that he has given his best man, Nick, a tough task of organising a stag party "for a man who can't have sex, do drugs or drink in any way".

However, he is expecting his stag do activities will have an action theme, along the lines of climbing a mountain or cutting down trees.

On Live From Studio Five, Brand said: "My mate Nick's doing it. Nick is my manager. He's a big, gorgeous hunk of a man that likes physical activity.

"He's in charge of it so we're probably going to end up building rafts and chopping down trees and things like that. Or climbing a mountain and strangling a deer!"

Brand is due to wed American popstar Katy Perry later this year.
