Stag night activities might be best kept under wraps for most prospective grooms, but one on-screen portrayal seems set for box office success.
Todd Phillips' aptly-named comedy The Hangover centres on a group of young friends out to celebrate their pal's last night of freedom with a raucous late-night drinking session in Vegas.
It follows the group's trials and tribulations as they wake up the following morning to find the groom has gone missing - with just hours left until he is due to walk down the aisle.
And with the launch of this week's new trailer receiving a positive reaction from cinema goers, it seems the film - which stars Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis and Bradley Cooper - could become a real hit.
According to internet reports, Warner Bros has already requested a sequel to the comedy - even though the original flick does not hit cinemas until the summer of this year.
News of The Hangover's success comes after The Boat That Rocked star Chris O'Dowd told the Birmingham Post he would "never live down" his antics while acting out stag do scenes for the film, which saw him standing in Trafalgar Square wearing only his underpants.
