It’s an ancient sport which dates back many centuries, and although you may think it looks like an easy activity, archery requires a steady hand, in addition to copious amount of concentration; so it’s essential that you pay full attention to your instructor, who will give top tips on how to perfect your technique, a quick demonstration and a safety briefing featuring those all-important do’s and don’ts. Get ready for your competitive streak to emerge amongst your group of stags and see who will be the first lad to hit a bullseye. We offer archery sessions across a whole host of popular destinations across the UK, so you’ll have a whole load of choices to pick from. So, pick up your bow and arrow, and get ready to get fired up for one memorable stag activity – and let us tell you now, there’s certainly no chance of firing blanks with this one!
When the big day rolls around, everything has to be on target, from the speeches to first dance. So it’s probably worth you getting some practice at hitting the right spot on the stag do in York. Teaching you discipline, how to stay calm under pressure and to drown out the jeers of your mates, archery is possibly the best thing for this.
It also throws in some competition to the mix and teaches you something that is much harder than it looks!
